By entering and by your presence at any Stark Cultural Venue, including the Lutcher Theater, Shangri La Botanical Gardens and Nature Center, the Stark Museum of Art and The W.H. Stark House, you grant full royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive permission to the Stark Foundation to make, use, reproduce, and publish photographs, films, and video recordings in which your image and/or the image of any minors you are accompanying appear in connection with any Stark Cultural Venues activities. By your presence at the Stark Cultural Venues, you confirm that you are authorized to give these consents. You permanently authorize the Foundation to use all such images for purposes that include, without limitation, exhibition, publication, research, public programs, and promotional activities and publicity for the Stark Foundation and its related programs and facilities, whether in print or using digital media or other media of any kind without compensation to you or others. All such images and their derivatives shall be the Foundation’s exclusive property. You agree that any photographs, videos, or other images created by visitors and event participants must be for personal, non-commercial use only.
